The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Voa Salon & Studio is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget.

Cancellation Policy
All new clients and clients whose last visit was prior to January 1, 2019 are required to leave a non-refundable deposit to book their first appointment. This deposit is to secure the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, however, if you cancel or reschedule before a 24-hour notice, the deposit is left on your account, and held until your next appointment.
If you cancel, reschedule, or are a no-show without a 24-hour notice, your deposit is lost, and a new deposit is required to book your next appointment.
