Cancellation Policy

 

The deposit is non-refundable, however, if you cancel or reschedule before a 24-hour notice, the deposit is left on your account, and held until your next appointment.

 

If you cancel, reschedule, or are a no-show without a 24-hour notice, your deposit is lost, and a new deposit is required to book your next appointment.

 

A non-refundable deposit is required for all clients, who cancel, reschedule, or no show, without a 24-hour notice, in order to book their next appointment.
