Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice

should you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments adjusted with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit held on file and

applied toward a future service. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in

forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

This policy allows us to honor the time of our stylists and guests.

No-Show

Missed appointments without notice significantly impact our stylists’ schedules.

A no-show will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a 50% no-show fee, charged to the card on

file. A new deposit will be required for future bookings. After two no-call no-shows, clients will no

longer be permitted to book services at Vōa Salon & Studio.

Late Arrival

We offer a 15-minute grace period and will always do our best to accommodate you.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require service adjustments or may not allow sufficient time to

complete the service as scheduled. In these cases, the deposit remains non-refundable and full

service charges may still apply.
